This property located by the Dupage river which can bring unwanted pest and weeds was being maintained on a weekly basis which allow us to monitor turf overall health, grass color, and take care of weeds like dandelions, crabgrass, and clover. Our fertilizer program included 6 fertilizer applications, free weed control, free winterizer, pre-emergent, grub control and fungus control. Mowing pattern switched every week, and of course mower blades sharpen every week.
