Lawn care and lawn renovation services for this property in Aurora, Illinois where the lawn was affected by a summer fungus the previous season. Services included were power raking (dethatching), core aeration, overseeding and fertilizer/seed starter. First lawn was mowed at 2.5 inches for better results, followed by dethatching where all debris were collected and hauled away. After core aeration we spread a mixture of blue grass, fescue and rye grass seed at 4 lbs per 1000 sq ft. Seed started germinating within 3-5 weeks and results were visible after 2 months. Normal maintenance and proper preventive fungus disease applications were recommended to avoid future damage.
